All payments are made against agreed services and deliverables.
Quick Infotech provides digital services including website development, software solutions, hosting, and consulting. Due to the nature of these services, payments once made are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only in cases where:
- Payment has been made but work has not been initiated
- Duplicate or excess payment has been received
- A written refund agreement exists prior to project initiation
Any refund request must be submitted in writing within a reasonable time from the payment date and must clearly state the reason for the request.
No refunds will be provided for:
- Completed or partially completed projects
- Delays caused by client-side dependencies, lack of information, or third-party services
- Change of mind after project initiation
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method, after applicable deductions, if any.
Quick Infotech reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
